Child Placement Contract - signed

Membership Agreement - signed

Discipline Policy - signed

Back ground Check Permission - Signed by all persons working in the school (i.e. parents, grandparents, caregiver)

 

Back Ground Check Letter - Explains the back ground checks needed by September
